- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, divided
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
Recipe
- 1 in a microwave-safe dish, combine chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup cream; cook on high for 1-2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- 2 cool to room temperature.
- 3 stir in sugar and vanilla; set aside.
- 4 in a small mixing bowl, beat remaining cream until soft peaks form.
- 5 beat in chocolate mixture on high, one-third at a time; mix well.
- 6 spoon into crust.
- 7 refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
