Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 115 g butter, softened
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 480 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • food coloring, of your choice

Recipe

  • 1 soften butter and cream cheese (to help, can use microwave on very low heat). beat until blended.
  • 2 add icing sugar and beat until creamy. you do not need to add all the icing sugar if you want a less sweet final product.
  • 3 add vanilla extract.
  • 4 add food colourings of your choice.
