Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 2 cans artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- salt
Recipe
- 1 coarsely chop drained artichoke hearts.
- 2 blend with all other ingredients.
- 3 bake 20 minutes at 325*, or put in microwave and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once.
- 4 (i prefer baking the dip because the top gets nice and golden brown.).
- 5 serve with crackers or toasted bread.
