Creamy Spinach

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 cups shredded frozen spinach
• 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 pinch salt

Recipe

• 1 cook the spinach as per the instructions on the pack.
• 2 add the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
• 3 place in the microwave and cook on high for one and a half minutes.
• 4 stir and serve.
