Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 cook the spinach as per the instructions on the pack.
- 2 add the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
- 3 place in the microwave and cook on high for one and a half minutes.
- 4 stir and serve.
