- 6 potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 poke potatoes with a fork to vent and cook in the microwave until soft enough to pierce with a fork.
- 2 peel and dice the potatoes.
- 3 add all of the ingredients into a casserole dish and bake at 350°f for 30 minutes.
