Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
Recipe
- 1 put brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and butter in a microwave-safe container. no need to mix yet.
- 2 microwave for 20 seconds, until butter melts. remove and mix together.
- 3 add yogurt and mix very well.
- 4 served with apples. haven't tried any other fruits!
