Artichoke Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 drain and halve artichoke hearts; saute in butter,then cool.
- 2 cook spinach as directed on package (microwave or stovetop); drain well.
- 3 mix spinach with artichoke hearts,cream cheese, salt, pepper and onions.
- 4 pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
- 5 top with swiss cheese and paprika.
- 6 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
