Creamy Tasty Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 jalapeno, minced very fine
• 1/4 cup cream
• 6 fresh ears of corn, shucked

Recipe

• 1 mix first 6 ingredients together.
• 2 place corn in a glass casserole dish; and rub with cream mixture.
• 3 microwave for 5 minutes rotated and basting the cream mixture 1/2 way through cooking.
