Beer Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces room temperature beer
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 beat beer, flour and sugar til smooth.
  • 2 the batter will be the consistancy of cake batter.
  • 3 bake in a well greased and floured pan at 325* for 40 minutes.
  • 4 pour the 1/4 cup of butter over the loaf and bake for 20 minutes more.
