Chocolate Mousse Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

- 2 in a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips on high for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients except pecans and beat until smooth.
