Couscous Flax Seed Porridge

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 3/4 cup milk (trim or whole)
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in bowl. and microwave for 2mins on high. stir and further cook if required.
