- 1/2 cup couscous
- 3/4 cup milk (trim or whole)
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds

- 1 mix all ingredients together in bowl. and microwave for 2mins on high. stir and further cook if required.
