Ingredients

- 1 lb brussels sprout, trimmed with x cut on bottom
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 place sprouts and water in a 1 quart casserole dish.
- 2 cover and microwave on high 7 minutes or until tender-crisp then drain.
- 3 add remaining ingredients.
- 4 toss together to coat sprouts.
- 5 serve.
