Apple Glazed Lamb Roast Dinner, Oamc

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 slices apple glazed lamb roast (and 1 cup sauce from roast)
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 set out oven/microwave safe plates for each serving. place two slices roast on each plate and top with some of the sauce.
  • 2 place frozen corn next to lamb and sprinkle with basil. place broccoli next to lamb and dot with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. wrap plates in heavy duty foil, label, and freeze.
  • 3 to thaw and reheat in oven: place frozen, wrapped dinners in reheated 400f oven and bake 25-35 minutes or until lamb and vegetables are thoroughly heated.
  • 4 to reheat in microwave (one at a time): remove foil and cover with plastic wrap, vented at corner. microwave 3-4 minutes, then rotate 90 degrees and microwave 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. let stand 2 minutes before eating.
