Best Cinnamon Buns (rolls)

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 4 -5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 3 ounces cream cheese, soft
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar (powered, confectioners')
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place all dough ingredients into bowl and mix until dough forms, i use a dough hook with the mixer, if you don't have one, mix by hand, and kneed until mixed.
- 2 set dough aside in draft free area, and allow to double in size.
- 3 in small bowl combine filling ingredients, and mix well.
- 4 after dough has doubled, punch down, and roll out, into a 16x21 inch rectangle.
- 5 spread filling all over dough.
- 6 roll up tightly.
- 7 cut into 12 equal buns (rolls).
- 8 place into a 9x13 greased baking pan.
- 9 cover and let rise until doubled.
- 10 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 11 place buns (rolls) into oven for approximately 15 minute.
- 12 while buns (rolls) are baking mix together the icing ingredients.
- 13 spread the icing on warm buns (rolls).
- 14 enjoy!
- 15 these will warm up nicely in the microwave--if you have any leftovers.
