Chocolate Almond Bar

Ingredients

- 1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ounce almonds, finely ground
- 1 teaspoon cream (optional)
- 4 teaspoons granular splenda sugar substitute
- 2 ounces almonds, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave on medium power.
- 2 blend well.
- 3 stir in the remaining ingredients.
- 4 spread to about a 1/4-inch thick rectangle on a foil-lined pan.
- 5 freeze 2 hours or more.
- 6 remove from the foil and cut into 40-48 tiny pieces. keep and eat frozen.
