Chocolate Almond Bar

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ounce almonds, finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon cream (optional)
  • 4 teaspoons granular splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 ounces almonds, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave on medium power.
  • 2 blend well.
  • 3 stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • 4 spread to about a 1/4-inch thick rectangle on a foil-lined pan.
  • 5 freeze 2 hours or more.
  • 6 remove from the foil and cut into 40-48 tiny pieces. keep and eat frozen.
