Bourbon Sweet Potato Puff

Ingredients
- 6 lbs sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f bake yams on an oven rack for 45.
