- 4 big potatoes (leftover baked)
- 8 ounces cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
Recipe
- 1 microwave potatoes if they aren't already baked.
- 2 chop potatoes and fry a bit over medium heat.
- 3 crumble the canned corned beef over the potatoes.
- 4 slice the cheese and arrange artistically over the potatoes and corned beef.
- 5 cover and let sit until the cheese is melted and everything is hot through.
