Ingredients

- 16 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all in a microwave safe bowl.
- 2 microwave until all ingredients mix smoothly.
- 3 put on your favorite cracker!
- 4 i like to add some finely diced onions and a little tony chachere's creole seasoning to taste.
- 5 you can put more or less artichoke hearts in this recipe - depends on your liking!
