Bananas In Caramel Sauce

• Servings: 4
• 4 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled and left whole

Recipe

• 1 put brown sugar and butter in baking dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
• 2 add bananas and spoon the sauce over to coat well.
• 3 microwave on high for 1 minute.
• 4 serve with vanilla ice cream or cookies.
