Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares (4 squares)
• 1 (6 ounce) chocolate wafer pie crust

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 melt chocolate in microwave, on 50% power, stirring at 30 second intervals, for about 4 minutes or until melted; set aside to cool.
• 3 mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
• 4 add eggs; mix until blended.
• 5 stir in melted chocolate.
• 6 pour into pie crust.
• 7 bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
• 8 cool, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
