easy thai peanut sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, hot pepper sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl; warm in microwave until easy to stir, about 45 seconds. stir to serve.
