Boiled Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 place the butter, milk, and sugar in a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • 2 bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • 3 let boil, still stirring for 1 minute.
  • 4 remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
