Brown Butter Frosting

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter (not margarine)
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
• 1 -2 tablespoon cream or 1 -2 tablespoon milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 melt butter in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes in a microwaveable bowl.
• 2 watch it closely after 3 minutes.
• 3 stir in sugar.
• 4 blend in cream and vanilla.
• 5 beat until smooth and spreadable.
