Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter (not margarine)
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 -2 tablespoon cream or 1 -2 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes in a microwaveable bowl.
- 2 watch it closely after 3 minutes.
- 3 stir in sugar.
- 4 blend in cream and vanilla.
- 5 beat until smooth and spreadable.
