Bourbon Sweet Potato Puff

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs sweet potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f bake yams on an oven rack for 45.
