Artichoke Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 drain and halve artichoke hearts; saute in butter,then cool.
  • 2 cook spinach as directed on package (microwave or stovetop); drain well.
  • 3 mix spinach with artichoke hearts,cream cheese, salt, pepper and onions.
  • 4 pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
  • 5 top with swiss cheese and paprika.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
